We offer three subscription plans: Entry ($29/user/month), Pro ($49/user/month), and Ultimate ($39/user/month with 5 user minimum). Each plan includes:
Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record and handles global tax compliance (VAT, sales tax, GST). By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription. Paddle will appear on your bank/card statement.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We want you to be satisfied with our service. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans.
If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked. Simply contact us and we will process your refund promptly.
All new accounts receive a 30-day free trial. During this period, you can explore all features of your chosen plan without charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

You are responsible for maintaining valid Oracle ERP Cloud credentials and ensuring you have proper authorization to access Oracle systems through our Service. We encrypt all credentials using AES-256-GCM encryption but are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials on your end. You must have appropriate licenses and permissions from Oracle to use their APIs.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
Ultimate plan subscribers receive SLA guarantees as specified in their subscription agreement, including 99.9% uptime commitment and priority support response times.
The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Merutech Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your workflows, data, and configurations created using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service. "Oracle" and "Oracle ERP Cloud" are trademarks of Oracle Corporation.
Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We maintain isolated databases per organization and encrypt sensitive credentials using industry-standard encryption. We do not sell your data to third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Merutech Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement:
Upon termination, your access will be revoked at the end of your billing period (for voluntary cancellation) or immediately (for terms violations). Your data will be deleted according to our retention policy, typically within 30 days of account closure.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first, then through binding arbitration or in the courts of New Zealand. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
